These Terms of Service govern your use of the CurbCraft Wash Co., LLC website, CurbCraft consumer mobile application, and cleaning services. By using our website, App, or services, you agree to these terms.
Services
CurbCraft Wash Co., LLC provides mobile exterior cleaning services including trash can cleaning, pressure washing, and surface cleaning. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or App are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual scope of work. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a service with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee or removal from recurring routes.
Liability
CurbCraft Wash Co., LLC takes care to avoid damage during service but is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions beyond our control. If you believe our service caused damage, contact us promptly so we can address the issue.
App Accounts
You may create a CurbCraft account in the App to manage properties, request services, and access Rewards and Offers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account deletion is separate from canceling a physical service. Deleting your app account through My Account → Privacy → Request Account Deletion removes your account profile and associated data but does not automatically cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, resolve an outstanding payment, or waive any service guarantee. Contact us separately to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During the processing period your account is inaccessible. You may create a new account after deletion is complete; your previous properties, preferences, history, and rewards will not be restored.
Rewards, Offers, and Credits
App-only reward entitlements, promotional offers, and non-cash credits have no cash value and expire when your account is permanently deleted unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance.
Cash-equivalent customer credit, refunds, or amounts owed under a service agreement are governed separately and are not forfeited solely because your app account is deleted. Contact us before deleting your account if you believe you have an outstanding balance owed.
Opting out of marketing communications is different from deleting your account. Marketing opt-out does not forfeit any credits or remove your service history.
Retained Records
We may retain limited service, transaction, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, warranty, or legal compliance records after account deletion. Retained records are kept only for the applicable legal or operational purpose and duration, with unnecessary personal information removed. Retained records cannot be used to recreate a deleted app account. Marketing opt-out and account deletion are separate actions; see our Privacy Policy for details.
